IR Introduces Spark and Corrosion Resistant Manual Hoists

Ingersoll Rand^® is proud to introduce a new addition to our Kinetic Manual Hoist line – The KMX Series.  The KMX series has been re-engineered to meet the stringent standards for spark resistance according to the European Explosion Protection Regulation, or ATEX.  In addition to spark resistance, we added a new level of corrosion resistance providing the ultimate hoist for tough and potentially hazardous environments.  See below for product highlights:

•    ATEX designation of II 2 GD c IIB 85°C X for use in explosive atmospheres*

•    Designed for above-ground use with exposure to gases, vapors, and dusts*

•    Spark resistant features include: copper plated hooks and guide rollers
